Context

This ongoing collaboration involves editing Italian-language blog content for a large website-building and hosting platform. The blog combines product-focused articles, feature updates, and educational pieces designed to help users build and manage their websites.

Working within the platform’s editorial workflow, I review content from multiple contributors, supporting consistency while respecting each writer’s intent.

Challenge

Articles must remain accessible to non-technical readers while accurately reflecting the platform’s tools and capabilities.

Consistency is an ongoing priority. Content ranges from introductory guides to detailed product articles, requiring careful alignment of terminology, structure, and internal linking to maintain a coherent reading experience.

Approach & outcome

My editing focuses on improving clarity and flow rather than rewriting from scratch. This includes refining structure, smoothing transitions, and aligning terminology to keep content user-focused without oversimplifying technical concepts.

Through regular collaboration with writers and the content marketing and strategy team, I help maintain a cohesive Italian blog that communicates product features and web fundamentals clearly.
