Context

This ongoing collaboration focuses on creating educational content for a UX/UI learning and support platform aimed at beginners. The blog functions as an accessible entry point for readers exploring topics such as UX writing, interface design, accessibility, and foundational web concepts.

As part of the editorial team, I contribute long-form articles and recap-style visuals designed not only to explain core topics clearly, but also to guide readers progressively as they build familiarity with new terminology and concepts.

Challenge

Many of the platform’s topics are foundational yet abstract, which can feel intimidating for readers without a design or technical background. The main challenge was making complex ideas approachable while preserving conceptual accuracy.

At the same time, the content calendar combines structured editorial themes with articles inspired by recurring beginner questions. Maintaining a consistent voice and internal logic across these different entry points required a stable framework that could support both planned and reactive content.

Approach & outcome

Articles are structured to introduce terminology gradually, instead of presenting dense definitions upfront. Concepts are contextualised through concrete examples and familiar digital experiences, helping readers connect theory to practice and reduce cognitive friction.

Beyond writing individual pieces, I contribute to shaping recurring content pillars and ensuring topics build on each other over time. This structural approach supports a coherent learning path rather than a collection of isolated posts.

Recap-style infographics serve as reinforcement tools, distilling key ideas into clear, structured summaries that encourage retention and allow readers to revisit core concepts quickly.

Over time, this approach has contributed to a more navigable and internally consistent knowledge base, strengthening the platform’s role as a reliable starting point for aspiring UX/UI professionals.
