Content creation for an outdoor sports e-commerce retailer, combining articles for the product catalogue with seasonal marketing copy for social media and newsletters
Project description
Context
In this ongoing collaboration, I support a European outdoor sports retailer with Italian-market communication tied to seasonal launches and promotional initiatives.
My role involves producing marketing copy and, when needed, adapting or creating accompanying visuals. Content ranges from newsletters and Instagram posts aimed at a broad audience to more detailed website materials, such as category-page articles designed to support SEO and guide purchasing decisions.
Challenge
Seasonal campaigns require consistent messaging across formats and channels. Newsletters, social media posts, and website content must feel aligned while adapting to different purposes—from generating interest to supporting product discovery.
While much of the marketing communication targets a wide audience, certain website sections demand more structured, informative copy. For example, category pages include short guides that provide value to readers while supporting search visibility.
Campaign periods also involve tight turnaround times, requiring close coordination between copy and visuals to ensure coherent delivery.
Approach & outcome
For each campaign cycle, I develop Italian marketing copy tailored to the intended channel and audience. When required, I also create or adapt visual assets for newsletters and social media so that textual and visual elements reinforce each other.
This approach ensures a consistent Italian brand presence across seasonal launches, while both promotional and SEO-driven content deliver clear commercial and informational value.
